Skyrend is an online airplane game that needs no download or installation. Open your browser, pick a plane and you are fighting real players within seconds. This page explains how it works, how to start, the controls and the tactics beginners need.

Three things set it apart. First, genuine real-time multiplayer: up to 16 players per room in live dogfights. Second, more than 40 unique aircraft, each with its own 3D model, flight character, weapon layout and special ability. Third, zero friction — no account, no download, no launcher.
Creating an account is optional, but it saves your gold, unlocked aircraft and stats so you can continue from any device.
Every key is rebindable in Settings. Mouse sensitivity, invert-Y and aim assist are adjustable too. On mobile the game switches automatically to a touch joystick with auto-fire and aim assist.

Online Rooms — the core of the game. Up to 16-player real-time PvP, free-for-all or two teams. Host your own room and control the map, time or kill limit, bot count and even which abilities are banned; password-protect it to play only with friends.
Bot Arena — solo wave combat against AI across four difficulties (Easy, Normal, Hard, Ace). Higher difficulty means sharper bot reflexes and more gold per kill.
Story Mode — a campaign of 20+ handcrafted missions with briefings, radio chatter and up to three stars based on performance. Escort, strike, defence and boss missions.
Parkour — a damage-free skill mode where you fly through ring courses against the clock. The fastest way to master the flight model.
Gold earned in matches buys new aircraft in the shop and upgrades in the hangar. Upgrades cover six areas: damage, HP, turn rate, speed, ammo and missile capacity.
The roster is broad: WW2 propeller fighters (Spitfire, P-51 Mustang, A6M Zero, Fw 190), early jets (Me-262), modern fighters (F-16, F-22 Raptor, F-35, Rafale), stealth platforms (B-2 Spirit, F-117, SR-71) and Turkish aviation (TAI KAAN, Bayraktar Akinci, Hurjet, Kizilelma, TB2, Hurkus).
Crucially, no aircraft is sold for real money. Premium only offers cosmetics and progression speed — there is no pay-to-win.
Skyrend uses WebGL and runs on all current browsers: Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox. No installation, plugin or game engine is required.
For lower-end devices, settings include a performance mode (lower resolution, reduced effects), an FPS cap and a toggle for the rear-view mirror. The renderer uses merged geometry and instancing to keep draw calls low.
Yes. Playing Skyrend costs nothing. Every aircraft is unlocked with gold earned in game. Optional premium packs only provide cosmetics and faster progression, never gameplay power.

The Spitfire is the free starter and the easiest to learn because it is balanced. For a first purchase, the P-51 Mustang (fast and balanced) or A6M Zero (very agile) are good choices.
